By far my BEST purchases in 2019… a sleep mask and ear plugs.
“No… I don’t need to hear my three year old crying at 2am, or the cat throwing up a hairball, or my husband getting up to use the restroom for the third time. What I need is a damn good night’s sleep!”
And this is how I get it. Have courage to block out the distractions. Dollar store ear plugs and face mask… voila…
