Today at the gym an old gentleman read my shirt aloud ‘No guts, no glory’.
To which I replied ‘Gotta bring it’.
And he said ‘You’re doing a great job’.
It was genuine (not creepy) and appreciated.
Small gestures of encouragement and acknowledgement go a long way, even amongst strangers. ❤️
