If you are anything like me your brain is on auto-pilot and over-drive internally thinking random thoughts as you go about your day. There are nights when the mind won’t quiet down enough for sleep.
However, do you ever actually ‘listen’ to your thoughts?
Do you ‘hear’ what you are thinking?
If you listen to yourself you may notice there is room for improvement.
Stop the mindless name-calling, labeling, gossip, or negative thinking about yourself, situation, and others.
Catch yourself, put on the brakes, grab hold of the controls and adjust your focus to a more positive one.
Mind-talk of truth and encouragement serve a far better purpose.
