Best Banana Bread

"Never toss leftover bananas again!"

“This is a great recipe you can personalize by adding your favorite extras or whatever you have in excess. Perfect every time!”

2 cups flour 
1/2 cup sugar 
3/4 tsp baking soda 
1/2 tsp salt
Mix in bowl

3 ripe (browning) bananas
1/4 cup yogurt (plain or any flavor you love, may also substitute with sour cream)
2 eggs
6 tbs soft or melted butter 
1 tsp vanilla 
Mix in separate bowl (I use a masher)

Combine wet ingredients into dry. Add whatever extras you love. My personal favorites are chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, dark, or brickle). You can add nuts too (walnut).

Bake in greased pan, 350* for 55-60 minutes. I always sprinkle a little sugar on top before baking.
