Red Pepper Roasted Broccoli

1 head of broccoli chopped into medium chunks, stems and all

Toss with olive oil, tyme, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and a spoonful of jarred chopped garlic on a cookie sheet. No need to measure out ingredients, a few even shakes of seasoning will do the trick!

Arrange in a single layer and bake at 450* for 20 minutes, mixing twice during cooking time.
